Jeff truly has a narcissistic personality flaw. He makes you feel like an idiot with any question, and his products are overpriced, with extremely slow shipping. If you want good service, with reasonable shipping times, look elsewhere.
But, if you like being mocked, talked down to, bullied, and like waiting three months for a product, this is for you!

nice cage but super slow with getting your order to you. it took 3 months to get mine!!
